Job Title: Mid-Level Litigation Associate (National Firm)

Qualifications: Litigation associate with 3 years of experience – focus on commercial and business litigation, bankruptcy and banking litigation, commercial real estate disputes, fidelity and surety claims and shareholder and class action disputes. Experience or background in complex commercial litigation and white collar criminal litigation involving companies and individuals is preferred. Excellent academic credentials along with New Jersey bar admission. New Jersey/New York admission preferred.

Qualifications: Bankruptcy associate with 3 years of experience – candidate should have 2-3 years of law firm experience in bankruptcy, finance, and corporate restructuring. Excellent academic credentials are required. New Jersey bar admission. New Jersey/New York admission preferred.
