Job Title: Mid-Level Corporate Associate (National Firm)

Qualifications: Corporate mid-level associate with 2-3 years' experience – meaningful experience in the areas of acquisition financing, agented syndicated secured financings and intercreditor and subordination agreements. Prefer a candidate who has graduated from a top 25 law school or exceptional record at leading local law school, but real, hands-on lending law firm experience is required. Illinois bar admission preferred along with excellent academic credentials.
