Job Title: Mid-Level Labor & Employment Associate (National Firm)

Qualifications: Labor and employment associate with 3-4 years of relevant experience. Specifically, three years of experience in litigation and transactional employment work, including wage and hour class lawsuits, drafting of EEOC and DFEH responses, witness interview and depositions, preparation of separation, settlement and employment agreements. Background in counseling employers on state and federal regulation compliance, terminations and workplace policies and assisting clients with training programs preferred. Excellent academic credentials and California bar admission required.
