David W. Lawler, President

David W. Lawler is the President and Founder of Hands-On. A veteran of top Washington, D.C. law firms, Mr. Lawler left the private practice of law in order to dedicate himself to providing first-class service and innovative solutions in the field of project litigation support and temporary legal staffing.

David is a resident of Arlington, Virginia where he resides with his wife and nine year old daughter.
